What are Actions and Learnings?

Action and Learning tasks are reminders of things that you need to do by a certain date. They might be created for you by your manager or automatically by the platform. You can also create tasks for yourself. Some tasks (such as learning and development tasks) can have comments and other information posted on them, which can help you to share your progress with your manager and to receive feedback.

How do I create an Action or Learning for myself?

Actions and Learnings are created in exactly the same way. You can create a new Action or Learning by clicking on ‘Add Task’ in the side bar.

Once you have clicked on the ‘New Task’ button a pop-up box will appear. Click on ‘Action’ or ‘Learning’.

Once you have clicked on ‘Action’ or ‘Learning’ the pop-up box will change, fill in all of the ‘required’ areas and click ‘Submit’.
