Accessing old reviews

If you've recently moved over to the new version of the platform, you will still have access to reviews completed on the previous one.

By following these steps, both employees and managers will be able to access and review historical feedback and discussions from reviews completed on the previous version. This feature helps ensure that valuable past information is still accessible and available for reference within the new platform.


For Employees

Once logged in:

  1. Access your profile: Once logged in, you'll see your profile picture or icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Click the down arrow next to your profile picture.
  2. Navigate to historical reviews: In the dropdown menu that appears, look for the option labelled 'Historical Reviews.' Click on this option.
  3. View historical reviews: Clicking on 'Historical Reviews' will take you to a page where you can access reviews that were completed on the previous version of the platform. You'll be able to review and reference any feedback or discussions completed previously.

For Managers accessing previously completed reviews for your team

  1. Navigate to 'Your People': Within the platform, click the tab titled 'Your People' which appears on the left-hand menu. This is where you'll manage your team members.
  2. Access previously completed reviews: Under the 'Your People' section, you'll see a link labelled 'Previously Completed Reviews.' Click on this link.
  3. View completed reviews: Clicking the 'Previously Completed Reviews' link will present you with a list of reviews that your team members have completed on the previous version of the platform. You can click on each review to access its details and discussions.
