What does Journey Expired mean?

A Journey becomes expired when A) it's not started by the employee (or manager), and another Journey is sent to them or B) They start it, don't finish submitting it and decide to start something else. If they don't start a Journey once it's sent and don't get sent anything else, the status will remain as 'Not started'.

Most expired Journeys can still be accessed and completed (especially when it comes to inductions), it just means the user didn't do it within the allotted timeframe and it's now sent the next one. I.e. If they complete a 4 week induction and then they get sent the 12 week induction, the 4 week will show as expired (though still accessible to the user + manager).
