Sending Exit Journeys

Firstly, click to ‘Admin’ on the left-hand menu

Search for the employee who should be sent the Exit Journey, using the search bar, or list of users 
Click on their name

Go to the pencil icon in the 'Status' box, click this and change from ‘Active’ to ‘Exit Review

To save the change, click the tick next to the 'Status' box

Next, in the ‘Journey Manager’ field, change this to the person who will complete the manager part of the Journey (if left blank, it will default to the line manager)

Click the tick to save 
This will automatically send the Exit Journey to the employee within a few minutes. Once sent, the user will only have access to complete this Exit Journey and will be set to ‘Left company’ once completed.
