Sending Induction Journeys
Instead of having to send multiple inductions to a new starter, you simply need to change their status from 'Active' to 'Induction'. These Journeys are then automatically sent based on an employee's hire date. For information on the timings behind the automation, please get in touch with your system's contact.
If you have a third party integration to sync employee data (i.e. Fourth, EpS, ActiveDirectory etc.), this process will be automated. Any new starters will be automatically set to receive Inductions.
Firstly, you'll need to click ‘Admin’ to access the 'Journeys' page. From here you can edit existing employee's details as well as send Journeys.
For an existing user:
Find the relevant person using the search bar, or list of users
Go to the pencil icon in the 'Status' box, click this and change from ‘Active’ to ‘Induction’
To save the change, click the tick next to the 'Status' box
Once you click the tick to save, the selected user will now start to receive the relevant Induction Journeys, based on their hire date.
For users not yet added:
Click the '+ New user' button found on the top right of the 'Manage your people' page, you can then add the basic information of the employee, and then click save.
You will now need to scroll further down the page to complete the 'Other Details' section.
