Journey Management

A set of tools built to help administrators easily manage Journeys for their teams.

🔑 To access Journey Management, log in to your profile and click on the 'Admin' link on the left-hand menu bar; this will load your list of people and from here, you'll be able to manage their Journeys.

Key features:

  1. Quick edits: A simple way to edit the key details for a user
  2. Reminders: Prompting employee and managers to complete Journeys they've been sent
  3. Reopening: Easily reopen previously completed Journeys for additional input or updates
  4. Cancelling: Cancel assigned Journeys when needed
  5. Viewing: An overview of all Journeys, including their status, participants, and completion details
  6. Sending: Effortlessly send new Journeys that have been created previously

🔍 Looking for Induction or Exit sending? Remember you need to change a user's status, which will automatically send the Exit or Induction(s) to them.

👥 Need to change levels, locations, add users or reset passwords? Head to 'User Management' under 'Admin', which will take you to the existing admin site (we'll be moving these features over at a later stage).
